Panthers Wrap Up D.A. Weibring Intercollegiate

NORMAL, Illinois -Â The University of Northern Iowa men's golf team concluded play at the D.A. Weibring Intercollegiate, finishing in 15th place overall.
Although wind, cold temperatures and light flurries overshadowed the final 18 holes, UNI still managed to wrap up play with a final team score of 928, finishing ahead Butler and DePaul.
Jared Rowe shot 6-over (77) in the final round, sending him home knotted up for 28th place overall.
Marshal Lamb and Sam DeBartolo finished back to back with final scores of 231 and 233. Lamb shot his best round of the tournament today, as his 1-over (72) showing included two birdies.Â
Parker Oleson finished 8-over (79) in round three, while his teammate Dayton Federley finished one stroke ahead at 7-over (78). Oleson also carded two birdies on the afternoon.
NEXT UP: The Panthers will travel over to Columbia, Missouri on April 9-10 for the Tiger Invitational.Â
