Volleyball Spring Play Date Slated For April 8

The University of Northern Iowa volleyball team will host its spring play-date event Sat., April 8, in the Wellness/Recreation Center on the UNI campus.
Action will get underway at 9 a.m. on four courts and admission is free. Seating is limited but fans are encouraged to bring their own chairs to view the action.
The Panthers will play host to seven other teams in the event including Iowa, Drake, Northern Illinois, Iowa State, Western Illinois, Winona State and Iowa Ice.

UNI SPRING PLAY DAY (Sat., April 8)
Location: Wellness and Rec Center (WRC) on northwest corner of UNI Campus. Enter through west side of building. Cts 1-8 upstairs (stairway at south end of building). The four competition courts are located in close proximity to each other.
Map/Directions: http://www.uni.edu/campusmap Bus drop-off and parking: drop-off west (tight turnaround in parking lot), or northwest corner (next to sand courts) of WRC. Bus Parking: Gravel lot "R" (on campus map) Spectator parking: free parking in lot "C" north of WRC. Handicapped parking enforced
Spectators: free entry. Bring your own folding chairs. We will have limited seating available next to competition courts. No concessions available. Also bring sweatshirts, our gym can be cold at times.
Training Room: located at south end of WRC. Open at 8am. UNI Trainer: Chelsea Lowe (chelsea.lowe@uni.ed) for training room needs.
Format/scorekeeping: 2 sets to 25, win by 2 (can adjust sets or scoring if you have a limited roster).
