ORLANDO, Fla.—The University of Northern Iowa finished competition today in Florida, facing off against Fordham University. The Panthers would fall, 7-0.

Gisela Kemper and Sydney Wolfe won the only match of the day, but did not get the doubles point. Kemper and Wolfe defeated Gianna Insogna and Maia Balce, 6-4.

Jieke Stroobant and Astrid Santos fell 6-2 to Fordham's Carina Ma and Estelle Wong. Mayu Sato and Alexis Zobeideh defeated Eve Small and Savanna Hunt, 6-0.

In singles action, Kemper and Wolfe would not be victorious. Kemper fell 6-1, 6-4 to Sato. Wolfe fell to Insogna 6-4, 6-0.

In other singles matches, Ma would defeat Stroobant in the No. 1 singles 6-0, 6-3. Wong defeated Santos 6-3, 6-3. Balce of Fordham netted a 6-2, 6-4 win over Small. Destiny Grunin nabbed a 6-1, 6-1 decision over Hunt.

The Panthers return to action April 1 at home, taking on in-state rival Drake.
