UNI to Host Free Junior Panther Night Feb. 13

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – UNI Athletics and Hy-Vee are hosting Junior Panther Night, a free event for youths from kindergarten through sixth grade Feb. 13 in the UNI-Dome.

Elementary students will get to meet UNI student-athletes while learning basic skills. There will be a nutrition station sponsored by Hy-Vee where participants will learn health tips.

Mascots TC and TK will make an appearance, and youths will receive goodie bags to take home.

Participants are asked to check in at the northwest entrance to the UNI-Dome from 5:45 to 6:15 p.m. Feb. 13. The event will run from 6:15 to 7:30 p.m.

Cost is free for those who pre-register by Feb. 10. Registrations will be taken at the door for $5 the night of the event.
