Softball Announces Time Change for Weekend Series

The University of Northern Iowa softball team has announced a time change for their outdoor home opener against Indiana State this weekend.

Due to cold temperatures projected for Saturday, the start time for game one of the three-game series between the Panthers and the Sycamores has been moved back to 2:30 p.m. The doubleheader has been moved to Sunday, beginning at noon.

Since 2011, the Panthers (24-9, 4-2 MVC) have tallied a 10-1 record in Missouri Valley Conference opening series at Robinson-Dresser Field.Â
