Johnson to be Special Guest at Rally in the Valley

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa - The Panther Scholarship Club is excited to announce that David Johnson will be attending the eighth annual Rally in the Valley as this year's special guest.

Johnson, a rookie running back for the Arizona Cardinals, will be doing a one-on-one live Q & A with Panther Sports Talk's Eric Braley. Along with the interview, an authentic #31 Arizona Cardinals jersey, signed by Johnson, will be up for bid during the live auction.

This year's Rally in the Valley is set for Sat., April 30, 2016, from 5 p.m.-9:30 p.m. in the McLeod Center. The event includes a silent and live auction, along with a full catered dinner, Q & A with David Johnson and live painting by Mike Debus. Complimentary hors d'oeuvre's and drinks will be available on the concourse during the silent auction. A picture booth will be set up by Dan Phillips Photography and all attendees will receive complimentary photos from the event.

This year's event sponsors are Around the Corner Productions, Fahr Beverage, Hy-Vee of Cedar Falls, Martin Brothers Distributing Company Inc., and Sweeney Auction Service.
