Hall Named To ADA FCS All-America First-Team

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Senior Deiondre' Hall earned his fourth first-team All-America this season today after being named to the FCS Athletics Directors Association (ADA) All-America Team.
The third annual award recognizes the top student-athletes from FCS institutions at 11 different positions. The 2015 class includes student-athletes from 10 different schools, representing six different conferences. Voting was conducted by a national panel, consisting of media and SIDs.
Hall was honored as the top player in his position this season by the ADA. A National Offensive Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the year will be announced at a later date and recognized at the National Championship Game on Jan. 9.
The Blue Springs, Mo. native is just the second Panther to earn ADA All-America, joining senior kicker Michael Schmadeke who represented UNI on last year's ADA All-America team. This is Hall's fourth first-team All-America honor this year, also being named to the STATS, AP and College Sports Madness first-teams.
Hall is the school record holder for career interception returns for touchdowns and ranks fifth all-time in career interceptions with 13. He was named the MVFC Defensive Player of the Year and to the All-MVFC first-team after leading the league in picks. The four-year starter finished his career at UNI with 241 tackles.
